Awning Windows
Awning windows are stylish and secure, fitted with chain winder openers. They can be made in any size but are quite heavy to both move and install compared to sliders and this should be considered when ordering larger awning windows.
Folding Windows
External folding or stacking doors are a great option for larger openings.
Folding café windows may be incorporated with lower fixed windows.
Despite appearances installation is relatively simple as the kit is presented
as lower windows, upper frames and single windows to be installed last.
Fixed Windows
A good option for areas such as high bays and in areas at height that do not require access. They can be produced in any size or shape. Larger windows can be quite heavy to install.
Internal & External Doors
External doors can be produced in any size and may be integrated with larger windows or side windows. very solid and secure. All externals have the triple point security locks with upper and lower locking mechanisms operated by lifting the door handle, pull down to unlock. Also has a standard central snib lock to prevent opening from the inside if required. Internal doors are also available.
Sliding Windows & Doors
Sliders are the more conventional style seen in Perth. They can be made in any size and configuration such as combined with fixed windows. Sliding windows are easier to move and install and the sliding panes can be removed for transport and installation. The external frame is installed and then the sliders replaced.
Windows & Doors Installation
Our windows an installed using an aluminium base plate which supports
the window and allows drainage of water externally. Smaller windows are fitted with a frame of aluminium angle internal and external. Larger windows and doors are fitted with top and side subsills, an external seal is applied after the door/window is installed.
